Refund policy

Return Policy

  1. You have 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. A valid reason for the return must be provided.
    Please contact us via email at support@nutkart.in to initiate the return process.
  2. Our customer care team will assist you with the return pickup.
    Note: The courier charges for return pickup will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

  1. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  3. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days after the approval and processing of the return.
